When you work with us you can expect timely communication, professional on-site testers, and fast and accurate results.
Whether you’re a construction company wanting to verify if additional clean-up is needed, or a remediation company that comes in to clean up after a burst water pipe, roof leak, or weather damage.
A realtor or property owner that needs to verify your property is a sound investment or a lawyer that may be contesting an insurance damage report.
Or a home owner wondering if mold is causing you or your family to feel sick, we can help!
TEST WE OFFER
Air Sampling
Air quality samples are collected as one part of the overall inspection process, to determine what a building occupant may be exposed to during normal day to day activities. Certain molds or indicator molds may be more dominant in the indoor air and suggest a microbial contamination.
Contact/Lift Tape Sampling
Contact/Lift Tape sampling is a method of surface sampling that is ideal for evaluating visible microbial growth on surfaces. Tape sampling is one of the most reliable methods of mold sampling. It is the method of choice for visible surface mold sampling.
Asbestos Sampling
Building material bulk samples can be collected during inspection, especially on older constructed houses that will need repair. The purpose of the inspection is to identify and sample potentially hazardous asbestos containing materials within the affected area that would be impacted during demolition/remediation activities.
Lead Sampling
Paint-chip samples can be collected during inspection if the presence of lead is a concern. Only a small sample paint-chip needs to be taken for each testing combination. Like asbestos, the purpose of the inspection is to identify and sample potentially hazardous lead containing materials within the affected area that would be disturbed and introduced into the air during demolition/remediation activities.
